The facility itself could benefit from having a bit of separation from the general public so it could be a bit more relaxing especially during the hot shave.
Rachel is the only one I trust to cut my hair and Beard, she always does an amazing job, always friendly and talkative. She takes great pride in her work and should be recognized for it!

The place itself just has the look of a proper shop, but yet modernized and updated compared to an older shop like my grandpas. He was a great barber and cut my hair throughout my childhood. The barber I got reminded me of him, proper, all freehand, and quick. Tommy guns is the place I come to get my haircut for a good reason. I travel 8 hours because of the service, so it’s worth every penny in my opinion.

I always take my sons to Tommy Guns for haircuts and the service is great! This recent time we visited both of them came out with great styles that were exactly what we wanted! I wish I grabbed the name of the stylists!

I wish I could remember his name... but our stylist was so lovely with my young son. He was a bit anxious about going back to a barber after a less pleasant experience. He was quiet the whole visit, only giving a few smiles.... but after we left we sat down in the food court to eat dinner, and he turned to me and said "that's a really good barber mom!"
Quick, efficient and listened to my wishes
I was very pleased with quality of my haircut. I have not been back to Tommy Guns for sometime. I guess the only complaint if any was the price. I am a senior (70) and suffer from male pattern baldness. Simply put and do not have a great deal of hair.
With a 20% tip my bill came to just over $50.00.
