Ray at the front desk is so hospitable, knows me by name and is always so friendly. My hairstylist Mari also knows exactly how I like my haircut and reliably gets it right and done quickly. All good things can’t last forever so I shutter at the thought of having to find a new place to get my haircut. I also really like the use of the app to check in for appointments. I only wish for a customer like myself I could book into the future as I am busy in and out of town and like to plan ahead to know I always can have a fresh cut!
