When I walked in I was greeted with a nice smile and found all the staff were very polite and easy to talk too,when getting my hair cut it was done to my liking and had my eyebrows cut t.my haircut was out of this world very nice massage of the scalp. Lauren she was great quick, good conversation and laughed at my Dad Jokes. Down to earth which is odd for being a natural blonde.
Lisa oh Lisa, I always look forward to hearing her voice. I feel Lisa deserves a raise, and a shot at doing customer scalp massages. She shared this desire with me.
Chelsey I enjoy her stories and how kind of a spirit she is.
Back to Lisa perhaps with her dedication she could increase sales by standing on the corner in a dinosaur blow up costume with a Tommy guns sign.

I love Tommy Guns - in particular the Guildford Mall location. It’s the only one I will use. I take my son there for his hair cuts and he loves it! The staff always treat him with kindness and respect. He’s 7, he loves having his hair washed and they always make a big deal out of it for him! Even the hairstylists that are not cutting his hair say hi and make him feel special! Keep doing the excellent work!
