Every time I've been to the store the staff is friendly, listens and executes flawlessly. Initially the environment is very nicely designed and extremely clean. I moved about 8 months ago to salt lake and tommy guns is the go-to for quality haircuts and a pleasant experience

Normally I would always give a ten star and will continue to as the experience is always exceptional but this last time I went unfortunately my gal is on leave and settled for an alternative hair stylist and was not happy with him as he is probably a good barber for men and boys who have short hair but not for women. He doesn’t follow instruction as to what I was explaining what style I wanted, I am a woman with short hair and really to me a simple hair style and he cut to much off in areas that should have been the same length as the rest and never followed my instructions or did not understand what I was asking of him. When styling came he kept styling it like a mans cut, forward which I said I wanted volume at the back and showed him what I was trying to achieve but could not get what I was saying. I will continue to go to Tommy Guns but will request another stylist until my girl comes back.

I got very clear communication during the entire experience, they checked in multiple times during the cut to ensure everything was going well and the conversation we had was pleasant and light.

10 out of 10, would return!

My son came in with shoulder length hair and left very happy with his new fade. I'm not sure of the Barbers name, but he was very sweet with my son. Will definitely be back again. :)

The lady that cut my hair did an excellent service. When she washed my hair she was thorough and i knew she was going to give me a good hair cut based on her attention.

Then when she was cutting my hair she asked how high i wasnted my fade and she did it where i showed her. Then as she needed to she gave me direction and was FULLY concentrated on the hair cut so i could relax and just be quiet. She was nice and respectful and we didnt need to talk about anything and my hair cut was done in perfect timing. Usually it takes forever because people talk too much and they miss things. This was the best hair cut i ever got at a tommy guns store aside from one other stylist at the 17 ave location by stoney trail and chestermere.

She washed my hair again after the hair cut and then applied the hair product. She also did my beard and blew off all the hair from my head and clothes when we were done.

She was excellent. The whole experience made me feel better about coming back again because usually i have a bad experience. I hate to say it but after i started going to different tommy guns i didnt have a good hair cut ever until yesterday. Very grateful for the stress free experience.

My son has very thick hair and to get a good fade is hard to find but not with Zois… he nailed and made my son very happy and proud of his fly hair! Bussin if I remember correctly lol! Great experience definitely will go goin back! Love that we can make an appointment as well! No waiting around.
