The hair dresser was very knowledgeable, articulate, charismatic , and was passionate about her career. I felt welcomed and taken care of, with out it being patronizing. She was enuziastic and attentive to my requests as well as being insightful. The cut turned out perfect and the value was great.

My son got his haircut- the haircut was good. And he got in quickly with his booked time.
But the waiting area wasn’t great - the tvs weren’t on. Also he wasn’t offered a drink after his cut. Those are the only improvements that I would suggest.

I came into Tommy guns for a beard trim. I’m usually pretty skeptical going into a chain barbershop but my experience at Tommy Gun was more than acceptable. The barber that did my beer trim, she did an amazing job. The beard looked really good. She was friendly. she was thorough. She made sure it was symmetrical. I have nothing but good things about my experience at Tommy Gun!

Was good service, nice clean facilities
The service was excellent and the barber was personable.
I got my hair cut just like I asked. I had bandages from surgery around my face and ears and the process was more involved than normal but was successful.
My 2 sons were very happy with their hair cuts especially my older son loved Monty’s attention to detail, humour and listening to exactly what my 11 year old wanted done to his hair! Wants Monty to be his barber from now on!
Was super quick and very detailed! They made sure to check in and let me see and feel the length multiple times throughout which was awesome!
The service was great. The wait was relatively low and my kid loved the screens in the mirror which prevented him moving much. The hair dresser was also wonderful. She listened to what we wanted and gave him a great experience.
Marj was amazing with my 3 year old son. So patient and did a great job with his haircut. Very impressed with the service. This is his 3rd haircut with her and she has always been so wonderful!
I had a substandard haircut the last time I was in. The manager went out of her way to make sure I left happy.
