This was my first time going to Tommy Guns, and it was fantastic. The young lady working as a receptionist was friendly and relatable. My hair stylist/barber, Ann was incredibly polite, friendly, and skilled. We had great conversation, she absolutely nailed my haircut, and even gave me a scalp massage and washed my hair! I spoke to the receptionist and she said thats complementary with every visit. I will most certainly be back. Shout out to Ann!

The hairdresser listened to exactly what I wanted for my son’s hair . My son is shy and autistic . He was against having his hair done , so when she made him comfortable and did such a fantastic job , it made him so happy. I’ll never take him anywhere else from today on .

I appreciated that even for my 7 year old he was given the same treatment as an adult. He liked getting his hair washed and the hot towel. The cut was great and the stylist was very nice.

I was a walk-in and asked to wait for a barber who ultimately no-showed but they apologized and I lucked out and probably got the best barber in the place-CJ. He was engaging in conversation and highly skilled in his craft. It was well worth the wait and would like to compliment him for his excellent work. He’s a 5/5 rating and would request him in future.
It was great being able to check in before we left the house. The person who cut my son’s hair kept checking the photo we took just to confirm she was doing the right cut. It was great! looks just like the photo!
My son has been seeking out a hairdresser that can cut his hair likes he prefers, the small details. Thats not a complaint against other hairdressers - they are wonderful. However the one we had at Tommy Gun was able to do the cut how he desired and took extra time to style his hair exactly how he likes it. Along the way she checked with him to see if he was happy with the cut. He felt pampered throughout the cut as well as afterward when he was offered a drink and snack. The extra thoughtfulness goes a long way.
