My barber was excellent and took the time to make sure my visit was exactly what i wanted and what services i had pre booked. I greatly appreciated him.
My biggest frustration in past visits is the barber not knowing what services i booked for online then feeling seevice is rushed when they realize. I shouldn't have to tell you i'm there for a shave and a hair cut when thats what i booked.

We asked for a scissor cut since we usually go to a hairdresser. We are from out of town and had to make an emergency trip here and needed to fit in a haircut before surgery. We are pleased with the result.
I love that she washed my hair before and after saved me from having to come home and shower she took the time to make sure it was done right. She was very nice and we had a good conversation! I’ll definitely be back

As a man, it's nice to be pampered every now and then. My hairstylist, Michelle, was very gentle and it didn't take her very long to cut my hair. She did a great job!

The receptionist lady was friendly, attentive and honest when I asked her questions regarding the quality of service at this location. She deserves recognition for being customer focused.

It’s important barbers listen to what their clients want, and make professional suggestions if they feel what the client is asking for would not suit their facial structure.

Over the years, I’ve noticed that the new generation of barbers have abandoned head massaging during a hair wash, and or even suggesting an “up sell” hair wash after a cut, unless the client asks.
J.R. delivers an excellent head massage, that to be quite honest makes the experience relaxing, destressing, and highly enjoyable. I was not expecting this.

Great haircut as usual. Friendly hairstylist.
One minor issue is that I did not receive a “Thank you” from the front desk woman when I paid (and left a 40% tip).
The staff, hairdressers and counter are all top notch.
Barber was very personable and took time to do a really nice cut, the kid was very happy with it.. thanks 😊
