The hairdresser was so good. I was disappointed that I had to cut my hair because of a recent serious shoulder injury. I could no longer manage to even put it in a ponytail. I asked her if she could braid it for me before she cut it and she did. She told me not to worry and that she would leave enough length on top so that when I recover I could grow it out easily again if I chose to. I really appreciated her kindness and Im enjoying the new "handsome" look... thank-you!

I liked the friendly helpful reception staff who helped me at the front desk. It was not a long wait before I was called to the back. My wife showed the hair stylist a photo of how I would like my hair to look and “ away he went!” Very friendly to chat to , very professional and he really styled my hair perfectly! This particular time they seemed to be understaffed and so the waits were longer than normal. Other than that it was good though but I suggest staffing more as multiple people came in after me and were told they were booked for the night even though only a couple people were getting haircuts at that time.
