My son is in a wheelchair and they always ask if we’d like him to stay in his chair, or transfered to the stationed chair. When I ask for him to stay in his chair they are always very accommodating to make space for his wheelchair to fit in designated area. It is never an issue and they are always friendly

Tommy guns Chilliwack is awesome. I can say this is probably the the best place for a haircut in town. Everyone is super friendly. Place is always clean and spotless.
Ashley at the front and my hairdresser Tetiana is the best I have ever seen. She is super talented and friendly. Takes her time and gives you the best cut. Such a lovely person 😊. Love it.

It was great. The lady that cut my hair was very professional and kind. I was happy with the style she helped me choose.
Everything from checking in online, to getting served 30 mins earlier then expected, the hair stylist I had did an amazing job, she listened to what I wanted done with my hair, paid close attention to detail while cutting my hair, and gave me exactly what I had asked for! Ive been using Tommy Guns for the past 2 years, always great experiences, but this recent experience was by far the best 👌

The barber was friendly and knew exactly what to do based on a reference photo I showed for a high taper fade. The results matched the reference and we didn’t have to wait very long.
All in all - great walk in experience and will visit again.
Price was decent and drinks were offered as well which was nice.

Barber didn’t pretend to be a “perfect person” to try and please the world. They were friendly and were willing to have a real conversations that made sitting in the chair more enjoyable.
