I got a great cut, exactly what I asked for. This was my first trip back to Tommy Guns in some time, because in past visits (twice) the lady that cut my hair burned my neck with her electric clippers. I had mentioned this in a previous note to you but got no response.

I was delighted with yesterdays experience and the young gentleman that cut my hair was great!
