Nick was amazing with our Autistic Son First name removed. He helped us so much by doing his haircut while he played Pacman. We haven't been able to even enter a barber shop in almost 3 years. Every haircut is traumatic and ends in tears, this was the first one that didn't. Then when Pac-Man wasn't thrilling enough anymore, Nick played foosball with First name removed while Tom finished up the cut. And when his legs got tired, they followed him to the couch for the final touches. For a family like ours, we can not tell you how much this meant to us. We have spent years recovering from the sensory trauma that haircuts have created and our experience with Nick & Tom is life changing. Thank you both from the bottom of our hearts. Cleanest cut I’ve had ever in my life experience. Usually stick to one hair dresser. Both quit on me and first cut at Tommy guns. I’ve found my go to spot.

Reception on Saturday fir cut was pleasant and welcoming.
Friday front desk a bit too snipy for my liking. Asked if Mark was working. Bluntly told me there was no Mark there. Asked who was in on Saturday...informed that Mark was in. Asked for an appointment. Bluntly informed that the establishment doesn't take reservation. . So you're telling me my life is around your schedule not my life schedule.
Dealt with this individual on first visit. Not impressed. Could use some customer sensitivity training.

Everyone is super nice, from the reception desk to the hairdressers. I been going there for 2 years now, and I will continue doing so.

The lady that did my hair , shaved my face, eyebrows and ears was absolutely amazing. I have not been to a barber in a very long time my wife always did it at home it was a fabulous experience. Definitely recommend and will come back again

My son got a fellow this time around, the only male worker in there and he was so awesome! Attentive, did exact style, my son wanted and my son even mentioned how quick he was! When we come back for next haircut, we will be requesting the same fellow! 🙂

I had a wonderful experience here, having my head shaved clean after chemotherapy treatments prior to getting a henna crown. I think her name was Kelly? I can't remember... but this fantastic woman made me feel so comfortable. I feel very fortunate to have been paired with her, the whole team was super kind and amazing.
