I’ve had the same hairdresser for close to nine years. Started in a salon and then once they left the salon, they cut my hair in their home for five of those years recently they moved on and I went to Tommy guns on a whim.
I forgot what exceptional service looked like! Since it was my first time, I didn’t know what to expect. I didn’t know what the packages were, everything was explained to me in great detail, and I was well taken care of. The haircut itself was perfect attention to detail and treatments provided were top-notch and I will definitely be back.

It was fantastic !!! Emily did a super job !!! Perfect cut, wash and massage. She was so attentative as to what I wanted and delivered 100%. She made the whole experience so relaxing and enjoyable with her casual and entertaining chit chat. Felt so comfortable the whole time. I'm getting lots of compliments !! I went to the same barber for 50 ( yes 50 ) years until he retired. I dont like change but Emily is my new barber for sure !!!
To begin, I started my “Santa” beard last year. I looked up a barber that had a good star rating…lol BS… they butchered my beard. Uneven. Bristled my moustache; and I looked like the Marvel supervillain with the straight haired beard. Afterwards, I looked up Tommy Gun! This time around, I couldn’t be happier!!! Madison was amazing!!! Confident, educated and very skilled. She brought my faith back with her craftsmanship!! I will now be a regular customer; after all, I am loyal to the companies I trust. Trust is everything!!! With all my heart, I couldn’t thank you enough. I will always highly recommend this great establishment!!!

I was given a slot. Showed up 10 minutes early. Megan was double booked. Offered to come back in half hr. Watched Megan bring down dude who had showed up just a i was leaving for that half hr. I phone ahead to avoid exactly this. Probably a new kid at the front. No real owning the problem and weak apology. Normally the front end staff is on point.
I became accustomed to having my hair cut by the same stylist monthly (as a rule). The environment is great, and the personality and skills of my barber make the experience welcoming each time.
