From when I walked into the door until the time I left, every interaction was great. The staff that greeted me were friendly, helpful and explained the wait time, service etc. The staff that cut my hair (Chris) was great to work with and did a great job. I was not really sure what kind of cut I wanted. Because of his approach and suggestion I walked out with a great cut!
