I do not use any products, but your service was exceptional. All of your staff was professional and courteous. It was obvious that you only chose to hire skilled stylists and I applaud you for setting such a high standard for your employees.

Thank you for your feedback. It is truly important to us. Sport Clips policy is to provide a complimentary upgrade to the MVP for all new clients. That means that for the price of the Varsity haircut, a new client receives the whole MVP haircut experience. If you had a coupon for a free haircut, and you are a new client, then the whole thing would be free. However, you must present the coupon upon checkout to receive the additional discount.
Somers Point, NJ location only allows for "walk-in". Would prefer and recommend that an appointment could be made to eliminate any waiting time for people on the go.

The haircut was not very good. She was too fast and did not take her time. Forget the hot towel and massage and worry about giving a good haircut.
I liked the fact that they took their time with each client even though it was near closing time. Betsy was very friendly and did a fantastic cut. I have been sharing with others and will go back!!

The manager in your store I do not remember her name she was a blond was very rude to me. I had brought my 6 year daughter in who has short hair for a easy hair cut, I stopped in yesterday to ask if they would do it they said yes but they were closing and to come back in the morning,so I did the stylist laura was great eager and willing to do my daughters hair. Your manager of the store stops and say's we only do men's hair I said to her yes I know but stopped in yesterday and they said they would do her hair she said to me the girl was new and did not know what she was talking about and told me I should go to a place that caters to women's hair and told me i should go to great clips. I was beginning to get upset, but laura was so sweet and saw i was getting upset and my daughter was all ready in her chair, at this point I was ready to walk out. Laura asked would I like my daughters hair washed I said yes. She then asked the manager if they had condition once again the manager said with an attitude no we are a barber shop and cater to men if you want that go some where that caters to women I was so upset I only wanted her hair washed cause lauren asked. Never in my life have a been treated like that and was very upset. I did tell the manager I will never come back there again after the way she treated me and told her she has horrible customer service and it is a shame because my son was in there yesterday and loved the place that's why i brought my daughter back. I have 3 sons and I will never ever come back there again and it is a shame cause We loved Laura. You lost 4 customers cause of your manager and I will be sure to tell other people as well. I am still upset and have never in my life been treated like that. Laura was great just not your manager,I am paying customer it was a simple little girls hair cut and they told me the day before they would do it..Sorry I do not ever complain or have been treated that way, but I thought you should know.
While Sport Clips primarily markets to men and boys, and we do not have styling aids for women and girls, we will perform a basic haircut for females . We regret that your daughter and you did not have a Championship Haircut Experience. We will coach the store manager on proper client service and our store policies. Thank you for your feedback.
