I walked in at 11:15 and came out at 12:45. There was a twenty minute wait so I checked in and then came back 20 minutes later. The lady didn't even remember who I was and had to tell her my information after I already signed in. So I waited another 5 minutes and was called back. The stylist was in training but there's no excuse to take an hour on a haircut. It was a simple haircut. 1.5 on sides up to a 5.5 on top. The layering was really bad and I ended up with a 5 on top which is shorter than I wanted it. I understand the lady was in training but there will be more complicated haircuts with this one. I won't be returning any time soon.

First time visitor here - I was greeted right away by the store manager Marcella. She was very nice and explained the different options to me. I enjoyed my haircut experience with her. We had good conversation throughout and she even explained some gd products that were avail after the haircut. Overall I was very happy with the whole Sports Clips experience she did a great job your lucky to have her as your manager. Name removed

They are very friendly and are always talkative and very nice to everyone. The haircuts are fantastic, and the best part is the hot towel. I had Carmel recently, she was so funny! Sports clips is the way to go
