The free MVP with you're first haircut is a great way to get somebody to get it there next visit.
Confusing reception area/process.
Amazing, the woman (caramel156) was very attractive and had the hands of an angel. The neck massage and the scalp massage was awesome!!!

Some of the staff not that friendly ( Jessica) I was waiting to get my hair cut about an hour and she was free could if cut my hair but had to wait another 15 minutes for manager to cut mine. Employee didn't seem to want to
Be there more interested in her cell phone and getting home, the manager was nice but at that point I felt rushed if other stylist mentioned would of took me I would have had more time for MVP experience, the stylist made a face at me and walked away.

Atmosphere, friendly, and great service
First off we got there at 4 o'clock . I then watched the girls cleaning the floor folding towels oiling the clippers before taking my son who was the only other person there except one other person in a chair three girls. My son was taken to the chair at 4:30 which then a girl proceeded to cut his hair and ask another girl how to cut his hair and this went on until 530 when we finally left. My sons hair is not styled correctly! Very unhappy with the whole process will not be coming back
After waiting for more than 30 minutes, I had to ask why we were waiting so long and it turns out that someone rang out a customer on my sons ticket and we were out of the system. Once that was straightened out, it took almost an hour for the stylist to cut my 12 year olds basic haircut. He said he thought it was her first haircut since she needed 3 people to help her. All in all, we were there for almost two hours for a basic cut.

the products were over the top good... the service was outstanding everything she did was right on point. julia was amazing with suggestions how to have hair cut...Very rare to have a stylists who really cares how you look when you leave.. In reality you the sculping of there work so if anyone asks say i got this at sportclips..

Offer a shave with that hot towel
The stylist was very personable, the haircut was so-so. I think she is pretty new at cutting men's hair, so she had a tough time blending the sides in with the top. I'm sure she will get better, but it wasn't my best cut. The store is nice, and the deluxe package was a nice treat. The chairs at the hair wash station are obviously made for a women's salon. I'm not that tall and the footrest only came up to just below my knees, which was pretty uncomfortable. I don't think I will get that package again. The store in Somers Point, NJ (where I went) is brand new, so I am sympathetic to the bugs with opening a new business. The staff was having trouble with the point of sail system specifically credit card sales. The complimentary wifi was not working either, which is likely a big part of the issues with the POS system. All in all, the store was nice and bright and clean. The experience was satisfactory, and hopefully be better next time after the staff gets into a grove and work out the bugs.

The place itself was amazing but the hair dresser was inexperienced and kept tugging on my son's ears and took a really long time. I wouldn't go back to her because she wasn't gentle about it.
The staff is very competent and very thorough and I was very pleased about my first visit.

We came in the day before school and waited 1 hour to get my sons haircut. The lady who cut my sons hair was very nice (Marcella), but it didn't seem there was enough hair dressers working. Not only was there not enough hair dressers but they had to help with the employees that seemed to just get out of school. There was a shorter lady there I believe her name was Betty she seemed very ignorant. Wouldnt let the parents stand near their child while getting their hair cut. I'm sorry my son is 8 and I dont leave his side. She wasn't helping out that much and she took someone else in front of someone when they were waiting well over a hour. I loved my sons hair cut Marcella did a great job. Good luck with your business hope everything works out.
