Friendly and a good haircut.

My son got his hair cut and the hair dresser listened to me and she did a great job. She gave him a complimentary mvp treatment and she really took her time on my son and didn't rush.
My son had a great experience and said we weren't allowed to go anywhere else!

Awesome service
My haircut was from someone who has no experience what so ever and my haircut turned out awful. I went away for the weekend and was asked by numerous people where I got my haircut because it looked awful in the back! I was embarrassed and upset that I couldn't even enjoy my time out of town. I don't think it is right that a place that caters to men has an employee that doesn't know how to give a fade. To make matters worse this was the first time I tried sports clips and I got my answer this is not the place I would want to come and spend money ever again, I am very disappointed!
Blow dry and comb hair after haircut.
Customer Service was very good. I received a friendly greeting as I walked through the door and by the individual who cut my hair. She was very nice, took an interest in me, and made me feel very comfortable. However, I was not pleased with my hair cut. I asked for a flat top and got more of a crew cut instead. I have a regular barber who cuts my hair the way I like it but because of time constraints and my barber's availability that day, I went to SportClips. My regular barber will be retiring within another year or two and I would definitely go back to SportClips again. But it will be uncomfortable to try to figure out who can do a good flat top of the different barbers there.
