I always enjoy Christian Brothers honesty and expedient service.
I like the fact that the staff are all very friendly, that they don't try to up-sell the customer on repairs they don't need. I like the cleanliness of their shop and their waiting area. I like the fact that they stand by biblical, Christian principles and unashamedly have bibles in their waiting area. I just wish that (1) they could be open on Saturdays, they could still be closed on Sundays; and (2) they could offer zero percent interest financing on repairs. They do offer a decent shuttle service, however.
I value their honesty and integrity. I feel I can trust them to never take advantage of me. I also highly value their expertise.

They completed my oil change in 45 minutes. Without reminding them, CBA remembered to install a special ordered part that was to be placed on my van at my next oil change. I had completely forgotten about it, but they didn't. They're always taking good care of me. And Phil greeted me by my name. Nice customer service!
