The employees are always polite and the work is always done in a prompt manner. Even if you drop by, they are usually able to work your car in with very little wait. And as a woman, I like the way that the explanations of what work is needed are never "dumbed down" for me. Also, as a woman, the pricing is always fair, instead of being gouged because I may not know what is going in with my car.

My Explorer's cooling system popped open, losing my coolant and stopping me in my tracks. I called Dan at Christian Brothers at Vista Ridge and described where and what the problem was, and he was quick to recommend a towing company which towed my vehicle over 25 miles to the CB garage in Cedar Park. To my utter surprise, Dan had ordered the part from his supplier as soon as he got off the phone with me (at 3:15pm) and the mechanic went right to work on replacing the broken part! Within 45 minutes, I was on the road again. With most repair facilities, they would have waited and probably would have had to keep the vehicle overnight. But with Christian Brothers at Vista Ridge, their proactive procurement of replacement parts before I even arrived made quite an impression on me, and hopefully on you, too. If I had more than two thumbs, they'd all be "up"!
