They are very courteous with good customer service skills. They always give you options where it concerns your vehicle.
They do what is asked, are honest, and don't tell you that you need to do more work on your car than what is really, truly necessary.
they tell me what needs to get fixed and just as importantly, what doesn't need fixing. the last time I took my car in they were done with it in about an hour and a half. Very fast I think.
