The two major items I needed fixed were taken care of , namely a leaking head gasket and a serious front end vibration. However, a return trip was needed for a jammed parking brake cable. A little more attention to minor details would seem to be in order. Overall I am very satisfied with the service and if these repairs hold up, I will be a happy camper.

I had two vehicles needing service and assistance (in the form of transportation) was given to enable me to get both vehicles to your location. Communication was good to help me know what the issues were with my pickup and give me choices about what to do and what to leave off. Everyone encountered was courteous. Work was completed in a timely fashion.

Dan did a very good job of analyzing my vehicle and clearly laying out the options. I never felt pressured. Likewise, I was very please with the quality of the work that the technician performed.
Reliability and communication. It would have been nice though if you'd have noticed the low tire pressure light and added air to the tires. You had my truck for a week.
