Kindness and, not taking advantage of my lack of knowledge. Example: I took my CRV in because the emergency brake wasn't working well and the car failed inspection. It was likely that new parts would be needed. I brought the car in for the replacement and learned that it just needed some service . The price was considerably lower than I expected.
