They were quick, and kind. I love the Lord, and it’s refreshing to come to a place of business playing Christian music. I noticed that they had a lot NIV bibles though, which do have a lot of missing and removed scripture. Other than that, it was a great atmosphere.

Clear description of what Work would be done

Always very polite and recognize that you too are giving of your time when you bring a vehicle in for service. Love it there. Service is to the client not to the car.

Service was quick and reasonably priced. There was no pressure to repair the minor items found during the inspection. And as always, the folks there are super friendly.

The whole experience was great from start to finish. Personnel were courteous and explained cost and procedure up front; plus, gave me clear choice to ok or decline any and all services.

The best was they repaired my car and the charges were exactly as described.

Very quick turn around to look at my vehicle. They had an almost full parking lot and I thought the wait might be several hours, but instead they were done easily in less than an hour with my full inspection. Definitely very personable and on the ball.

My 2006 Jeep Commander was towed in because it would not start. I had been having trouble for a couple of weeks and it finally just quit. Everyone at Christian Bros was attentive to my problems, was able to diagnose the true problems, order the correct parts and repair my Jeep in a timely manner. They kept me abreast of the time and price as the work progressed which I appreciated. It turned out to be an extremely expensive and time consuming problem due to parts availability. They called and were able to deliver the car to me at my home which I truly appreciated. They even gave me an oil change at no charge and a free wash job.. WHAT A DEAL! Thanks to you all!

I only had simple preventative maintenance done, so quality is difficult to judge. However, if something I asked about was not necessary, the manager told me not to waste my money. Facility is clean and promotes confidence in the staff. Staff is polite and patient. They took time to answer all of my questions and supply additional information I requested.
