Excellent service. Friendly staff.

I've had trouble in the last few weeks at other automotive places feeling like they were listening to my concerns. And I spent a lot of time and money and the problem was not fixed. Randomly my car would not start, even after a new alternator and a diagnostic at the dealership. The battery was only a year old.

Your guys at Christian Brothers listened, responded to my concerns and explained what diagnostic tests they would run. The ignition switch was replaced along with a new battery and so far, so good.

In addition to doing good work in a timely manner the folks at Christian Brothers Automotive on Broadie Lane in Austin, Texas, are courteous, friendly, and very helpful. I do not live in Austin but visit family there fairly often. It is not good to have car trouble far from home, but after the men at Christian Brothers have "rescued" me twice within the last few months, I now feel that I have a mechanic shop in Austin as well as my mechanic shop at home.

It’s a very clean and friendly establishment. The waiting area is very comfortable and home like.

Quick and close, personable and helpful

Christian Brothers Automotive is an efficiently run auto repair shop. The waiting area is lovely and comfortable, with a very clean restroom. I take the car there every year for inspection and stop in any time when the tire pressure light comes on. They are courteous and efficient.

Everyone in the office was polite and friendly and talked to me like I was a human being and not just another number. They also fixed my car in a very short amount of time which is always a plus in my book!

They don’t mess around. I walked in late afternoon, they looked at my car immediately, then ordered the parts. I brought it back the next morning and they had it ready in a couple hours. Price was less than I expected, too.

Although I'm sure they have many customers, I felt I was their number one priority and only customer. They were efficient and courteous. They were skilled at communicating what was happening in my car in terms I could understand. I will definitely continue to bring my car for their services (although I hope I won't NEED to).

Staff on our last visit were prompt and courteous. Service was completed within the estimated time we were given.

5. Although I did not use the service a courtesy car was available to take customers to their morning destination which I may use in the future.

I made an appointment to have my tires rotated. 15 minutes and $20 later I was pulling out! They were quick and courteous. I highly recommend Christian Brothers - Brodie lane location is my go-to.

I loved being able to make my appointment online. I arrived on time and 10 minutes later my car had been inspected and was ready to go! No pressure to fix a supposed problem as at other places and a very reasonable price! Courteous and professional service.

They are always professional, timely, positive, and kind. Preston at the Brodie location was able to get a fee waived for me, because I had just recently paid for the same thing. He's a good guy and I'll keep coming back because of it. I'm going to take in my wife's car later this month.
