Very timely service. Only complaint is that the engine was dirty post the job completed. There was freon splatter on the fenders and top of the engine. Other than that the job was well performed.

I came in for a road trip inspection to find out what needed to be fixed so my 14-year-old vehicle could make it 2,000 miles across the country and be ready for a colder climate. I appreciated the transparency in pricing and the detailed report. While I didn’t make all the changes recommended, I now have clear understanding of what I need to communicate to an automotive repair shop in the future. Of the changes I did make, I’m appreciate of the service and education I received from the staff who helped me make a decision that I am confidant with.

Service advisor James was excellent. Very professional. Always answered my calls or called back. Explained everything very clearly. Was honest about the extensive repair that was needed and suggested another shop due this CB location not being able to perform this type of repair. I'm thankful I found this location and will return back at a later date and will recommend them to others. Great job.

Workers are very friendly and offer coffee/water and make you feel comfortable. I’ve been here twice and I am happy each time. I also love the cleanliness and the little cute waiting room, a very nice touch for a mechanic shop! I will be going back to get my shocks and struts and safety check done hopefully soon! They are efficient, friendly, and don’t think everyone has big bucks to fix their car. They gave me great explanations for what was wrong and when it needed to be fixed.
