Prompt service & excellent customer service

I usually dread taking my car in for service because it feels like it takes all day long. With Christian Brothers I LOVE that I can schedule inspections and/or any service I want and not have to wait around forever. On my last visit I scheduled 2 inspections for my husband and I and each appointment only took about 15-20 minutes. I was even able to squeeze my car in for an oil change same day and got a round trip shuttle service to drop me off and pick me up after they wrapped up. Would gladly come again.

Clarity in explaining recommended mileage maintenance issues.

Upon entering the salle d'attente at Christian Brothers, I got the shivers. I felt as though I had passed through a transcendental portal or some kind of semipermeable membrane, the kind of membrane found in a reverse osmosis filtration system that uses mechanical pressure to overcome the osmotic pressure gradient. The product of this system is purified water. And that's how I felt: as though I had escaped a high-pressure environment and rid myself of onerous contaminants. I could take a deep, refreshing breath. I was calm. Tranquil. And I was confident that my white 2018 Toyota 4Runner would have its oil drained and replaced in a manner that would make Kiichiro Toyoda, the founder of Toyota Motor Corporation, proud.

I have lived in Austin Texas for 32 years and thank God that I found Christian Brothers Automotive a few years ago. They are extremely courteous, professional, honest, and competent. Personnel were all accomodating, state of the art communication for informing that the car is indeed ready for pickup, continual input of status of car while I was waiting, (i.e. it was moved to bay, etc, ready to pickup), told up front approximate wait time. All good.
