CBA was ready to wor on ny car per the time scheduled. They started the work per plan and finished in a timely way while I waited.
I made an appointment as recommended on the website. I made one on line, then received a phone call from CBA confirming reason for appointment and recommendation for another date time, which worked out fine for me.
Staff is attendant to customers as soon as they walk in the door and assist in any problem that may occur. In my case, they needed a copy of my current auto insurance. To my surprise I did not have my most recent renewal notice in my car. CBS employeee suggested I call my insurance agent to have my info emailed to CBA. That was a great solution. (the next day I contacted my agent's office and arranged to get an updated insurance renewal documentation.
