Everyone is so nice. They listen to what I need and then check out the problem. They offer rides to and from home if needed. I was given a breakdown of the work that needed to be done and answered all my questions. I wrote down the Service Managers name but of course now I can't find it. He was very helpful. He made it a point to introduce himself to me and walked me to my car after the work was completed. I have been going to the Garland location for over 10 years and have no need to look for any other automotive repair shop.

I loved the kind hospitality
I received many quotes for transmission repair from various auto repair shops but when I received Christian Brothers it was 1/3 lower cost. The other shops offered a 3 year warrantee which was third party coverage and only covered 50% the total cost of parts and labor. Christian Brothers was for 2 years but they take sole responsibly at 100% in the event of any issues. It took much longer to complete than was quoted, but as I stated to the manager, I would rather have quality than speed. The delay was due to difficulties in getting parts for a 1993 Dodge and the transmission requiring a total rebuild instead of just repair. During this time period, the new manager was communicative with me keeping me up-to-date as to the progress of the work. She called me regularly and in the end ... I received the car with a rebuilt transmission that works perfectly. It performs as it should under all conditions. In the short time that I have the car I have not seen any leaks at all. I am very happy with the results from Christian Brothers, completing a very difficult task at the cost I was quoted. The people were courteous to me as older person of 75, which is rare these days. In short, I was comfortable with the people, the facilities are exceptionally clean and organized, and my expectations of a job well done were met. I expect that others will receive the same results I have from Christian Brothers.

My AC died and I had 2 days to fix it before I was due to pack up and move to Atlanta. I got in right away and they made sure to do as quickly as possible. Avery and Veronica (think that was her name) at the front desk were super nice and very helpful…giving me coffee as I arrived flustered at 7am and chatted with me as I was driven home. Great employees!! Great communication from everyone in the office. Thank you!

The team communicated in a great way
Clean, comfortable waiting room, very friendly staff. However, I would like to see a little more of the little things that make a huge difference in customer satisfaction, for example, most places vacuum the interior when servicing the car. Some even clean the windshield. Just a suggestion for such an otherwise great place.

They listened to my issue, did a complete review of my vehicle and (at no additional cost), identified areas of concern listing them in their order of importance, which allowed me to fix items needing fixing now, and they gave me an estimate on the cost of issues I could have fixed later

The office Space is Beautifully decorated.Even the Garage is Super Nice!They make hot cookies 🍪 ON DEMAND.UNLIKE a lot of ole Greasy auto shops,the atmosphere is very calm & super clean& the Bathroom is Beautifully decorated & very sanitized.If you can't wait for your car to be repaired,they will take you home& pick you back up in a very very nice Shuttle.Thank You Christian Brother's for your excellence in Car Care.
