Carlos was great to help me and it took longer than they thought and they had to stay past closing time but they had a great attitude about it. They were friendly, courteous, and kind. Great place to go.

Well, my car died in the Sam’s parking lot very close to the automotive place so I walked over there and asked them what the possibilities were if they could get my car over there to fix it. It was getting very late in the afternoon. So they walked over there twice with different tools trying to start it up but it never started. So they got a crew of guys and they just dragged my car over there and put a starter in it. They stayed 30 minutes to an hour later than their closing time. All of them never complaining everybody smiling. It was absolutely amazing the incredible service that I got there. They will say they are just doing their job but I say they went way above and beyond and they deserve a lot of appreciation and praise for that. This was the crew in East Dallas at Northwest Highway and McCree. My brother-in-law uses the Christian Brothers automotive near his home and he has nothing but nice things to say about it also. I think it’s just simply amazing in today’s world that people really try to do their job so well and are so happy to help people. It could not have been a nicer experience. I am so appreciative and will always recommend them highly. 👍😊

Everything. From customer support to thorough troubleshooting - they are efficient and generous in their processes and the way they care for their customers. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

The representatives were professional and communicated well with me in all aspects of the services I was getting for my vehicle.

A gentleman in the front desk area offered me a chair from one of the offices since I was unable to sit in the higher chairs and other seats were taken Carlos very graciously helped me step down from the curb on my way to my car.

I have always felt CB was a place of business that held high values and offered honest service to customers.

Moved to Texas 20 years ago and I have had many bad experiences with Dealers and repair facilities. Staff is friendly and helpful and the work was done quickly and correctly

Christian Brothers Automotive is close to my home. If I need them to pick up my car and then bring it back they will at no charge. Making an appointment is quick and easy over the phone. They are friendly, go over the work that is to be done and then check with me with an estimate before starting the work. They stand by their work and if there is ever a problem they take care of it quickly.
