Holly and Avery at the front are absolutely amazing. Genuinely friendly, and Holly an absolutely amazing talent at explaining things in a way that could be understood by a 5 year old without being condescending. My car was done in a timely manor and honestly I don’t care about the cost, I would pay anything for this level of service. I also appreciated being kept updated on the progress. Can’t say enough good things, this whole experience was an absolute pleasure. Lifelong customer here.

I have not driven my jeep much but so far it drives better than it has in a long time. It still needs some work and I will be taking it back for sure. Their customer service is excellent.

I really appreciate the thoughtful and sincere follow up from Connor and Holly after my recent visit to Christian Brothers for a service before Christmas. When I voiced my disappointment regarding a lack of communication regarding a removed battery case Connor was prompt in responding to my concerns and thoughtfully listened. Connor let me know my critique had been shared to fellow staff to ensure a similar situation wouldn’t happen to myself or other customers again. I was very impressed with Connor’s authentic and kind response to my complaint as well as assurance that the issue wouldn’t happen again in the future for myself or other customers. Furthermore, I was taken back with the offer of a free oil change to use in the future. It was an unexpected gesture of generosity that left a humbling impression. Connor and Holly followed up again to ensure I received the mailer for the oil change. Connor and Holly went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied with Christian Brothers’ customer service.

Communication always there, expectations reasonable & always communicated. Anytime I called, I wasn’t treated like I was bothering them. Everyone I spoke with was courteous & the mechanics were very knowledgeable. Prices aren’t the cheapest but reasonable. They follow up with you which was appreciated.

They worked with me every way possible to get everything done they could with an insurance company that wasn’t cooperative. I appreciate everything they did, they went above and beyond to help me out. I truly would recommend them.
