Christian Brothers people were very helpful and pleasant to work with as my Silverado 1500 Pickup was in the shop. The technicians who repaired my breaks and serviced my radiator and my fuel system as well as servicing my front and rear differentials.
I look forward to taking my Silverado there for service going forward.

My experience at Christian Brothers Automotive was a blessing! I've taken my car to Christian Brothers before and always felt good about the service I received. This time, the service was above and beyond anything I would have ever expected! I was able to take my car in to be serviced the same day I called in. My car had a break light that was not working. Jonathan was the mechanic who serviced the car. I was advised that after changing the light bulb and cleaning the area where it was to have contact, the light bulb still wasn't working. I gave permission for a diagnostic test to see what the problem was. Aubrey , the receptionist took me home. When I called Christian Brothers a few hours later, they told me there was no charge and my car was ready to be picked up. Jonathan discovered a lose wire was the reason the light bulb wasn't working. Jonathan fixed the problem and I wasn't charged anything for the time and expertise he spent working on my car! I was so surprised and thankful for the treatment I received from the staff at Christian Brothers that I've been singing their praises to everyone I know! It's rare that you find such honesty and professionalism from any business! I'm so thankful to have found a place where I can take my car and know any work being recommended is necessary and for no other reason. Thank you Christian Brothers!🙂

The Christians Brothers in White Rock has increased tramendously on so many levels. I truly believe hiring the new female manager and the female front desk staff; as a female I feel much more comfortable taking my car into the shop if I need to without having to feel dumb or that I am going to be ripped off.

I appreciate your warm courteous care, your thorough inspections, and your diligence in rectifying problems.

Finally a place I can trust to not upsell me things I dont need and but thorough and transparent about what is going on. Guves me acccurate information and lets me decide. Customer service is top notch! You dont get service of this anymore. Its the legendary stuff of a bygone era. For examplee, just pulling my Jeep around for pickup, the guy noticed my keyfob remote unlock wasnt working and askes if I had replaced the battery (which I hadnt gotten around to) I said I hadnt and he took the time to put a in a new battery and handed returned it with the remote locks now working. Never had to ask and free the of charge! Amazing!! Highest recommendation!

I liked the customer service from start to finish. The transparency and detail in which they explained what was wrong with my car and what they were going to do to fix it. This place is great they seem to care about the customer and don't try to take advantage. I will gladly recommend them to anyone I know.

They did their best to complete the necessary work in same day I brought my car in. They communicated thoroughly with me. The shuttle service was nice.

My experience at Christian Brothers was exceptional from the moment I first called to when I picked it back up. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised when I walked inside to see a comfortable, clean lobby area with a smiling face ready to greet me. Avery was so personable, and made me feel confident (which I rarely feel around automotive shops and stores). I knew exactly what the process would be and what I could expect. Connor helped me understand what was going on with my car, and I felt like I was in good hands and not under pressure to unnecessarily fix or replace parts. Avery picked me up in the shuttle, and I really appreciated a female driver coming to pick me up. I felt completely comfortable, and the whole experience was extremely hospitable and personal. I was given a yellow rose when I went in to have my car inspected on Valentine’s Day. Somebody there was truly thinking ahead. It was such a nice touch, along with the excellent service I always get at Christian Brothers. It’s also super nice to talk to female service reps who don’t have “that” attitude we get at other service shops. I’ll always take my business there, to sit in a pleasant, comfortable waiting area, be offered coffee or water, and kept informed of the progress of my service work. Good job, Christian Brothers! I’ve told all my female friends about you!
