She was on her way to a baseball game when the tire on her car literally came off! The car was towed to Christian Brothers Automotive that evening. The next day Patrick contacted my husband about the car. He was so amazing to deal with! It's hard to know the right decision when you are in a different city trying to have work done on a car in another city. We could not have been in better hands. Patrick explained the repairs and also recommended that the drive belts be replaced. We received two estimate in writing before the repairs were made (one with only the work required for the tire and the other that included the repair along with the drive belts being replaced). We never felt pressured to add the additional services and felt completely comfortable that we were being treated fairly and not being taken advantage of, as we were out of town. Repairs were completed in a timely manner and to our complete satisfaction.
