Called at 8 AM to get an appointment and was seen at 9. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They also showed me some things I need to address in the future that I couldn't repair at this time. I am on disability and have to budget for large expenditures.

Your company was recommended to us from a friend. We live in Mt. Juliet, TN and our daughter attends the University of Memphis. She was on her way to a baseball game when the tire on her car literally came off! The car was towed to Christian Brothers Automotive that evening. The next day Patrick contacted my husband about the car. He was so amazing to deal with! It's hard to know the right decision when you are in a different city trying to have work done on a car in another city. We could not have been in better hands. Patrick explained the repairs and also recommended that the drive belts be replaced. We received two estimate in writing before the repairs were made (one with only the work required for the tire and the other that included the repair along with the drive belts being replaced). We never felt pressured to add the additional services and felt completely comfortable that we were being treated fairly and not being taken advantage of, as we were out of town. Repairs were completed in a timely manner and to our complete satisfaction. Thank you to Patrick and the team at Christian Brothers Automotive for doing a great job and being a trustworthy company to work with!

The team is very informative and personable - and they understand when budget doesn't allow the preferred fix. So they suggest alternatives. The owner helped with getting me to work and even rented me a car for one of my visits.

When I arrived to Christian Brothers Automative unexpectedly with a nail in my tire, they were able to get my car in immediately. I dropped off my car while I went to lunch and it was ready when I returned. They even called me and let me know! Great customer service.
