I liked the regular texts that explained the status of dealing with my car and its issues. I loved--really loved--the shuttle service!! I was amazed that Patrick repaired my side rearview mirror--in less than 20 minutes and at no charge!!! I really appreciated the relaxed, down-to-earth demeanor of everyone I had contact with at Christian Brothers. I also really appreciated that I was given a large window of when to expect the car to be ready, so that I was not expecting it to be ready any sooner than it was. I felt that since the family needs of the employees was acknowledged and respected, the employees were therefore more dedicated to their jobs and desired to do their very best, even though it is inconvenient as a customer to not have services available over weekends if there is an emergency. I felt like I could trust Christian Brothers implicitly. No false promises. The employees are straightforward in describing what they do and do not have time for on a given day. I loved feeling like here was a car repair shop that I could trust, and the employees would not ever talk down to me, but were always kind and realistic and candid. I have already shared my delightful experiences with Christian Brothers with my friends!!

Patrick went put of his way to diagnose the problem with my wheel that was causing my tire to lose air. He even called a friend mechanic at a dealership to confirm his solution. The result: the wheel was properly repaired, and I left Christian Brothers with a bill of $69.00, instead of the $500.00 I would have paid for a new wheel. We have used Christian Brothers for many years, and we highly recommend their services. They are very competent and professional.
