What I like about my experience with CBA is the fact that they let me know every step of the way what was going on with my vehicle and let me know costs prior to doing any of the work on my car. It was a relief to find out what was going on with my car and have it fixed properly! Also, Patrick was very friendly and helpful! I liked the text updates. The location was close to work and it's a very comfortable waiting area! I would definitely recommend them (which I already have).

They provided the exact services I requested. They had already recommended a service at the prior visit, and I had an opportunity to confirm the need and budget for it, and was ready to receive it.
The provided the service in a timely manner. I had a nice, pleasant environment in which to wait for the service to be performed.
There seems to be low staff turnover, at least at the front counter. I have come to know and trust the four service reps.
I recommend CBA frequently, and my brother did bring his vehicle in this very week.
