Then team always keeps me informed about what is going on with my vehicle and projected costs. I was traveling while my vehicle was in the shop and they provided me with a video of my specific issue as well as an electronic assessment of the issue. The more informed customers are about what is wrong with their vehicle, the better they'll understand the work needed to correct the issue.

You fixed my problem at a fair price and the mechanic went out of his way to explain everything and showed me what he had fixed and answered all of my questions. You guys also diagnosed / verified the problem at no charge and then I brought the vehicle back two days later to have you guys fix it. And you guys give a good warranty on your work.
