Then team always keeps me informed about what is going on with my vehicle and projected costs. I was traveling while my vehicle was in the shop and they provided me with a video of my specific issue as well as an electronic assessment of the issue. The more informed customers are about what is wrong with their vehicle, the better they'll understand the work needed to correct the issue.

The staff is knowledgable, courteous, and trustworthy. As a result, they continue to earn my business. Thanks.

What did you like about your experience at Christian Brothers Automotive?

You fixed my problem at a fair price and the mechanic went out of his way to explain everything and showed me what he had fixed and answered all of my questions. You guys also diagnosed / verified the problem at no charge and then I brought the vehicle back two days later to have you guys fix it. And you guys give a good warranty on your work. Plus you gave me a ride home while you worked on my vehicle. Good job, keep up the good work.

The overall experience was great. I felt like I was quoted a fair price for the service. The response to my initial phone call was quick, informative and friendly. Additional services were suggested, however I was not given the high pressure sales tactics that some employ. Mainly, I felt as though I received an honest service for an honest price and what they said they were going to do... They did. I will be back with my other vehicles in the near future.

Time spent detailing the problems and the fact that you show me the parts that were broken. Also that you ran a check for issues and discovered problems that needed to be resolved earlier than later, even though they were not what I brought the vehicle in for.
