Christian Brothers Automotive was referred to me by a family member. I was very impressed with the atmosphere at the site. Personnel were friendly and yet professional. The representative I spoke to listened as I told him what I thought the problem was with my vehicle. He then explained what would be done as far as check-out procedures and what the charge would be.
I really appreciated that I was given an approximate wait time to begin work on my vehicle. This was vey important to me because some repair shops tell you they will get to your vehicle right away and it ends up being days before any work begins. I took my vehicle in on Friday afternoon; I received a call the following Monday with the diagnosis and the cost to repair. Additionally, I was advised the repair part would arrive the following day which was Tuesday.
I received a call around 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday letting me know that my vehicle was ready for pick-up. They even sent a courtesy car to pick me up and bring me to their shop. The staff at Christian Brothers Automotive was awesome and they can count me as a very satisfied customer who will call on them for future automotive service needs.

They were efficient, effective and performance was good. No problem with their work.

CB is always very upfront about pricing, and any issues they find with your vehicle. Thankfully mine just needs general maintenance, but my previous car needed everything fixed all the time. CB would lay out what needs fixed now and what can wait. There are more affordable places out there but there aren't many places that are as consistent with the quality of work and that warranty everything they do like CB does.
