My front end (struts, etc) was repaired under warranty. However, there is still a lot of noise coming from the front end when bumps are hit which my wife does not like. Actually, there doesn’t seem much of an improvement. This is the only problem I have ever had at Christian Bros.
My advisor Bobby was excellent with keeping me informed throughout the repair process. They also dropped me off at my home and offered to pick me up when the repairs were completed. Christian Brothers' staff are courteous. Their work is fast and done well.
Convenience and professionalism of staff and technicians as well as the comfort and cleanliness of the waiting area.
Although it took longer than normal to put the engine in my car, they always keep me up to date on the progress and what was going on. There was bad weather which calls the delay but overall I thought they did a pretty good job. Now they could have steam clean the engine before or after they put it in and and clean my car up a little that's just customer service at its best.
Quality and Price
Christian Bros. are always professional, quick to diagnose the problem(s). They call or text to let you know when they have an estimate and then text again to tell you your vehicle is ready to go. They are very thorough, they always remember my name and they don't leave you feeling like you have been robbed. I would recommend them to all of my friends and family.
The staff were very nice and friendly!!! The guys were very professional. I have not had an opportunity to drive my car yet but it appears to be fixed. I would be taking my car back when needed for services. The pricing is very reasonable so far.
