The whole experience from the beginning to the end was GREAT. Baraba, Bobby & James were the ones I spoke with, but the whole team was awesome. They were all so patient and willing to take the time to explain things to me. I had just been beating out of a great deal of money by the previous mechanic, who had also lied to me about my car. These guys at Christian Brothers put my mind at ease. They were honest & very up front with me. For that I will be forever grateful. This is my new doctors office for my car, Bianca. Thank you!!!!! Christian brothers exceeded my expectations with their excellent customer service. I am female, more times than not other shops try to add on unnecessary services to make more money and take advantage. Christian brothers explained the problem and kept me I for Ed every step of the way. They even gave me a ride after I dropped off my car. What a blessing it is to have a place where I feel secure that everything will be taken care of. Thanks again!
The team at Christian Brothers was so incredibly helpful with assisting me and my car. They were so eager to help me and answer all my questions. Their process was so smooth to where I was able to drop off my car at their drop off the night before and them tend to my car over the next couple of days. I was able to see and understand what needed to be done with my car all on my phone (which made it very easy while being at work)! Their customer service is 10/10 and I will definitely be returning when I need car service.
