CB is the place that handles all of my vehicles. I am comfortable and confident that honesty, realizability and trust are at the forefront of CB service. My 2007 Jeep was having issues with acceleration and knocking only on take off. They promptly found the source of the problem and replaced my CV Axle and Transfer Case. Now the Jeep is running like it should and I’m loving it!!! Beth is really a great communicator and great customer service. Thank you CB!

I was very pleased with level of service I received. They worked with me for almost 4 months because I wanted a engine from jasper. After I got tired of waiting on a jasper engine the service people got me an engine from another supplier and got me up and running in a weeks time. 😒

The great work and ppl kept me informed

Christian Brothers Automotive was referred to me by a family member. I was very impressed with the atmosphere at the site. Personnel were friendly and yet professional. The representative I spoke to listened as I told him what I thought the problem was with my vehicle. He then explained what would be done as far as check-out procedures and what the charge would be.
I really appreciated that I was given an approximate wait time to begin work on my vehicle. This was vey important to me because some repair shops tell you they will get to your vehicle right away and it ends up being days before any work begins. I took my vehicle in on Friday afternoon; I received a call the following Monday with the diagnosis and the cost to repair. Additionally, I was advised the repair part would arrive the following day which was Tuesday.
I received a call around 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday letting me know that my vehicle was ready for pick-up. They even sent a courtesy car to pick me up and bring me to their shop. The staff at Christian Brothers Automotive was awesome and they can count me as a very satisfied customer who will call on them for future automotive service needs.

They were efficient, effective and performance was good. No problem with their work.
