You all offer excellent service that is unmatched. Speed, professionalism, and high quality of care for the vehicles dropped off to you are just a few examples. As long as I live in College Station, I will not be offering business when it comes to vehicle care with anyone else but CBA.

I go to the shop in College Station. The level of customer service at this place is beyond anything I've ever experienced. Aside from the fact that they're honest and have always done a fantastic job on any vehicle I've brought in, they make the entire experience enjoyable.
Yesterday I took my 2005 Buick in for an oil change and an inspection. As ALWAYS, I got a very friendly greeting and an assessment of my cost and how long I'd be there.

While I waited, another customer came in and was told he might be waiting a while. The gentleman behind the counter offered to give him a lift to anywhere he needed to be, then said that, if he opted to stay there, he'd go somewhere to pick him up some lunch—his treat. (Seriously? Who does this??)

My car was finished, and after an additional pleasant conversation with the manager, I drove home.

It wasn't until this morning I realized I hadn't gotten my paperwork showing my car had passed inspection. I called them, and they told me they had done a "courtesy inspection," not a state inspection. (Turns out I had never mentioned "state," and they'd thought it was just a regular "once over" check). They apologized, told me to bring it in and they would immediately give it a full inspection.

I got the friendly greeting again along with another apology. They immediately pulled my car around and started to work. While I waited, I was offered something to drink (bottled water, soda, or a "fresh cup of coffee"). I opted for coffee and was asked, "How do you take it?" He then brought the cup (it was definitely fresh brewed) in a ceramic Christian Brothers Automotive mug along with a spoon and some half & half. The coffee was great (hazelnut), and my car was soon finished, this time with the appropriate paperwork. He then told me there was no charge for the services.

As I left, I placed the mug on the counter and was told, "No, no, the mug is yours to keep." He AGAIN apologized for the mix-up and said the car was good to go.
I've never found a team more dedicated to honest car service and such a high level of service to the customer. There's no better place to take your automobile. I'm a customer for life!
