Polite and honest

Mike Briggs and his staff were very professional, efficient and personal. I am a new widow and worried that my inexperience and lack of knowledge about cars would be taken advantage of, but Mike went out of his way to explain exactly what needed to be fixed on my car. While it cost much more than I had expected, I felt he was honest. He also paid for a rent car I desperately needed while my car was in the shop, and even hired an Uber driver to get me to the rental car office! He also gave me a copy of the book, More Than a Carpenter, which I read cover to cover! I will be back!

The service was very good. I had an inspection on my car. The employees were very courteous and even gave cold water to myself and my daughter. The facility is very clean and the music was some very good Christian music and it was not playing loudly.
