Great automotive services and customer service. We have used Christian Brothers on Grant Rd 3 times.

Nick, Peter, and Emily (Grant Rd. location) were so awesome dealing with my van issue. What turned out to be a minor problem, escalated into a larger issue with the vehicle manufacturer, resulting in a 10 day repair! They handled it gracefully, handled my warranty claim, including vehicle rental, from start to finish, and did a great job communicating to me each day on the status of the repair. Top-notch people, a great waiting room, and they even took the time to pay special attention to my 2 little energetic boys. I was even shown the reason for my repair from the technician and showed exactly where the malfunction was. Overall, a very positive experience from everyone there. I highly recommend them!

The explanation of what was found with the inspection of the vehicle. One problem is that the email sent to me with the photos and description of work needed could not be down-loaded, so we had to come into the shop to discuss it. I wish it could have been a better outcome, but it was not my vehicle.
