Friendliness, a positive attitude and quick service is always appreciated. I just had my state inspection done and there were no other customers in the waiting area, but still it was nice not to feel any more stressed than what the holidays were already putting out. I've never experienced the kind of professionalism as I have at Christian Brothers. They show the clients exactly what is being done and before they add any other maintenance they show you what's needed. I don't plan to ever go anywhere else for service to my car.

Absolute professionalism when speaking with me. Notice, I said "speaking WITH me", not AT or TO me. I consider this one of the most important aspects of dealing with those in the mechanical/automotive fields. My past experiences, with those in the aforementioned fields, has been one of condescension, being treated like a total idiot.
I was more than pleased dealing with Mike at Christian Brothers You could hear Mike smile through the phone which lowered my anxiety. He thoroughly explained the detailed inspection and answered all the questions I had. I would definitely recommend Christian Brothers to friends and family alike.

The guys there got on our car quickly and informed us of the problems. There was no pressure to do anything other than what we wanted! I got my car back within a day and half with several thing being done! They were very courteous and friendly! We have done business before with them, but it had been a while! I would recommend them!
