I was charged $113 for an oil change. I told the lady that I had never paid that much for an oil change and left telling myself I would not come back. I had my oil changed there about 5 months ago and paid $60. I filled out your questionnaire a couple a days later. The manager called me and said he would make it right and give me a free oil change the next time I needed it. I was shocked at the response and while I had a bad experience you made it more than right I will definitely recommend you to others. Thanks. Gene McGraw
