Was treated with respect and amiably. I am very pleased with recent, capable service. Do note that such has not always been the case. Some months ago, my wife visited same location, and was treated by a very macho, ergo disgusting subject; her experience then, was nefarious.

I like how they rated the urgency of the car repairs needed and included photographic evidence. They were polite and punctual and kept me updated throughout the process. When they forgot to do the state inspection after the repairs, they apologized and did it for free! They even delivered the car to me, because they knew I was a teacher and they didn’t want to interrupt my day! :)
So far plass 13 they have done a wonderful job
