Truth in pricing

I’ve never experienced better customer service at any auto shop. Dan and David have been exceptional from the moment I walked in- they are accommodating, honest and truly walk you through any issues when you are getting your car fixed. I have been having issues with my car for the past year and they took my under the hood to walk me step by step through what needs to be done and how they can help. Thank you to these two and everyone else that helped- cannot recommend this shop enough!

For years I would only allow the dealership to provide service for my Infiniti. I have changed my mind completely. Christian Brothers has provided service for my auto for two or three years now and I would never change. Besides being imminently qualified, they are both kind and caring. The employees are intelligent and knowledgeable.

Everyone was extremely nice and worked very hard to satisfy me and get my vehicle back working properly.

Awesome!!! They were very accommodating ever have carnation roses for the female customers. My license plate was falling off due to a missing screw and they replaced the screw and fixed my plate! Very thankful for that because they didn’t have to do that for me. I love Christian Brothers! This is the second location that I have come to that has be wonderful. I love the fact that they also give your car a feee check up to let you know if something needs to be replaced like my axils. Even had free water, coffee and soda! Keep up the good work!

Ford Car broke down, had it towed to Ford dealership because it was close, I was told it would be a week before they could look at it. Call Christians brother whom stated they could start looking at it that day. So they hooked me up with tow service and i got the car towed over there in a few hours. And in a few days I had my car back, not weeks like the dealership offered. I have used them many time and have been happy every time. The service here is fantastic.

I really felt like they knew exactly how to work my car. They also caught some things the dealership didn’t.

As out-of-towners on a short timeframe, 97- degree Houston heat and desperate to get our 2017 Subaru Forrester air conditioning operating again, Christian Brothers went above and beyond! They quickly diagnosed the failed compressor, expedited parts and had us back on the road with air conditioning within the day. Very professional. Shuttled me to Enterprise to pick up a rental vehicle. My repair was going to take several days. They kept me informed with updates from my warranty coverage and how long the repair would take. They even sent a car to Enterprise after I dropped off the rental to take me to my vehicle.
