Really nice you feel like you are on house
I like the free refills on soda but what I really like was the people that said thank you and goodnight as we left the theater. Sounds weird but it made me feel like they appreciated my business. Because I work hard for my money, I liked that. I also like that we can order food from inside the theater and our waitress was very polite

Mr. Cuellar was quite friendly and efficient. He helped me organize my field trip for 44 BUT when he swiped my Santikos reward card he did not credit me the correct amount. I have contacted Santikos to remedy the situation but no one has contacted me yet.

Liked the food options.. Good menu, friendly people, a manager who i personally saw involved with things from including getting food for a customer... Pleasant place needs an upgrade to better color than black in the theatre. Liked having food delivered into the theatre.. Need better lighting to order ... Before the shows begin was too dark had trouble seeing menu.

We like it when we end up in a theatre with the reclining chairs. We drove from the SW side of town not knowing that all of the theatres at this location didn't have recliners.

My visits at Rialto are always great. The staff are very friendly, and the theater is clean. I can tell by the way i leave that they do an awesome job keeping the theater clean, because the customers make a really big mess!
