My friend and I went to theater, Rialto, yesterday and we had a much better experience this time. We were disappointed that they didn't have any White Zinfindel wine, so we chose Moscato. They were very accommodating this time. We'll be back.
I LIKE THE SERVICE THAT THEY PROVIDE, I LIKE THAT I CAN SIT IN THE MOVIE THEATER AND ORDER FOOD AND BEVERAGES AND JUST ENJOY THE MOVIE IN THE PROCESS THE ONLY THING I DO NOT LIKE IS THAT THE WAITER TIP IS DIRECTLY INCLUDED IN THE BILL A CUSTOMER SHOULD BE ABLE TO TIP WHAT EVER THEY CHOOSE TO TIP BUT OTHER THAN THAT THIS IS A GREAT PLACE TO EAT AND DRINK I ALWAYS ENJOY MYSELF THERE.
It just was exciting to be in the building. And it felt like you were a VIP guest.
Servers t bring drinks
I always enjoy my visits to Santikos and I enjoy the rewards...this last time I know I had some points from my last visit and the 40+ points I received this time weren't added on...i don't like the 75 point then reset deal..other than that change its my go to theatre
Overall it is a really good experience. Greeters, food servers, cleanliness of bathrooms.

But I'm trying to let someone know that I signed up for membership yesterday and gave them email and phone numb and received email to activate it but when I sign in it did not accept it. I have always liked this theater. Remember the old Galaxy with fond memories. Just a great place to watch a movie.
Being able to eat a meal while watching your movie or just enjoy the movie.
I like that you don't have to reserve your seat. I like that we can eat dinner there and that we get free refills on popcorn!

Everything the food is good,there are never alot children being annoying, and the service is great.
Pretty much everything. The Rialto is one of my favorite theatres in town. The Galaxy was the first movie theatre I went to when I moved to SA, and it was also my "high school" movie theatre, so it's got a lot of nostalgia for me. So I'm glad it's been given such a wonderful makeover and is treated with the respect is deserves. I enjoy the seating - so much leg room! The food is always very good (last night I had the egg rolls for the first time and they were delicious!). The sound and projection are typically on point. The only thing I don't like is the service fee *and* the line for a tip on the final bill. You need to choose one or the other, but not both. I've complained about this before. It's really the only thing about the Rialto I dislike.
The staff are friendly..unless they are new...when I get in line to make a food purchase the staff already know what I want. They know I don't want them touching my lid with their hands after touching the money.
Everything is is reasonable. I love that you guys bring the best movie to this theater
