I enjoy that there is not usually a large crowd and with seat reservation snd viewing, you are able to ensure you have decent seats.

I like that we can choose seats, there are good concessions, and that the theater doesn't ban legal concealed carry while not providing security as Regal does.

My family went to watch "Space Between Us" on 4 Feb 17. We ordered three chicken finger child meals and received three adult chicken finger meals. I mentioned the mix up to the waitress and she stated that she would have to take the meals back or else we would be charged the full price. I did not want my children to be waiting any longer than they had to for food. So I kindly kept the food and asked the waitress to please inform the manager of the mix up. We got the receipt back with the full price. I asked the waitress to box up the meals for us when I paid. The movie ended and I never got my food back nor did I ever see any of the staff again. By this time I was already upset and did not want to make a scene. I was going to take this as a lesson learned on my part and not mention it. But Rialto may be overlooking improperly trained employees and this could be happening to others. T/N:846530

The theater seating with the tables and nobody putting there feet up behind me. Also the staff is like family since I've been coming there so long.
I like that it's cheap I love the Pizzia and that you all have a friendly staff but yall need to get those rest room cleaned up see yah sunday

I have been having difficulty with obtaining my loyalty rewards and the manager was kind enough to try and help me. He sent an email to someone else to try and help with the situation.
