The friendly staff and ability to order from your seats and not have to wait at concession. I did not like that too many tickets were sold so no seats were available for us.

I love everything about going to Santikos theaters except one thing.
They need to be the ones to put the butter on the popcorn so you don't have to get out of line
If you want the butter throughout the popcorn. When you get out of line to put the butter on your popcorn you have to wait til they finish helping the next person that was after you before you can get the rest of your popcorn. Everything else about my experience at Santikos is top notch.
