Good customer service.
The prices where great especially if you take you whole family. Seats where comfortable. But the popcorn isn't that great its too salty without you even having to add any more. But overall it was a great experience.

I like the fact that Santikos gives so much back to the community and provides so much support that some folks have NO idea about. I will continue to patron and support the company and will recommend then to all my friends and co-workers.
I love that the Santikos brand gives back to the community. The Rialto theatres are spacious and even though the showing was sold out, it didn't feel crowded.

THE EMPLOYEES WERE VERY FRIENDLY. HOWEVER THE MANAGEMENT WAS LACKING IN CUSTOMER RELATIONS. NO ONE AT THE ENTRANCE TO WELCOME OR CHECK THE TICKETS. SOME CUSTOMERS HAD ISSUES WITH SEATING ASSIGNMENT, DISRUPTING THE THEATER. FORTUNATELY THE MOVIE HAD NOT STARTED. STEALTH AND TACT NEEDED TO BE IMPLEMENTED. TRAINING WOULD BE A GOOD START.
It was clean and had great available movie times
Almost everything! It was easy to purchase my ticket at the box office. Purchasing the popcorn and soft drink cup was almost effortless. And the Barrelitos Pear/Cucumber soft drink is great tasting. Nice and light for a diabetic like me. The theater's presentation of "Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom" was flawless.

I love this movie theater.... it is the perfect size and family friendly.
The employees are always very nice. I love the music playing by the front box office. The popcorn is always fresh and I love the aguas frescas! The tables are better than the ones at Alamo Drafthouse.

Your popcorn is the very best on town. I like the table sitting and the ability to order food in the theater. I don't like the preselecting of sites. Many times the chart shows the site taken only to find that the site is unoccupied.
