The greeter at the front was friendly and efficient checking our tickets. The snack bar person was efficient as well. When they put my order in for the basket of fries we always get here the kitchen only took a few minutes. Fries were fresh and fast as always. Movie started right on time after the 15 min previews. The galaxy location is always my favorite out of all the Santikos. Also, the management here cares about the customers experience.
I was very impressed by senior manager Espinosa. He reached out to me on Saturday. One of the busiest days for them. He explained to me what he thought was the problem and for that i will go back. Thank you so much for responding so quickly.

Ease of ticket purchase at kiosk with convenient purchase of popcorn. However, purchase of Nachos on kiosk would be nice too!

I was going to use rain checks to purchase tickets, but the manager explained that I could get a better value out of the rain checks if I used them on a different day due to it being Tuesday that day. I really appreciated her suggestion and honesty!
We love going to the movies, especially the Santikos Galaxy location in San Antonio, TX. We appreciate the rewards program, the perks, the military discount, and the wonderful customer service.

The greeting, the assigned seating, and hardly anyone in the theater that was all to myself.
The price of matinee. The seats however at the santikos galaxy were worn out real bad. We over looked it.

Staff is always friendly. Some are quiet but still nice. Love the refill your popcorn and same price for slushe as drink. Love the multiple options for drinks. Always decently cleaned as compared to other theaters.
