I enjoy the movie experience, but I’m very uncomfortable with staff searching my personal belongings. From my understanding, that practice doesn’t feel appropriate or professional. A more acceptable approach would be using a security scanner for weapons instead.
This is the only theater where I’ve encountered this, and because of it, I’ll be choosing other theaters moving forward. I do understand the intent is safety, but the process felt intimidating—especially for my kids. My 8-year-old was particularly upset and worried about having their blanket and stuffed animal taken away.
I like the offers, menu, and theater sizes.
The people know we go every Friday just about and the bar tenders usually start getting our drinks ready as we show up.
The comfort typically found at Santikos theaters, and the rewards for patronage are an appreciated response. The dangerous lure of the smell of popcorn is as welcome as coming home to the smell of your favorite pie baking.

I enjoyed how Santikos has easily become the go to movie choice for me and my family and friends. There friendly staff and refill popcorn are prefect for any moire. However I do wish the movie selections would be bigger just by a little bit.
I love this theater! Never excessively busy, two popcorn and drink stations, and everything is always clean. Some of the chairs have wonky reclining abilities, and every now and then I get one.
Easy to pay with debit card. Staff was polite. Popcorn was fresh.
