Love santikos, love the galaxy. Perfect movie experience. Friendly service, comfortable chairs, great food. While I'll admit it's a little on the pricy end, the experience is well worth the price and the movie lovers program helps out a lot there.
If I had any minor nitpicks, most would be with the app. It's slow to pick options (especially to change theaters), the movie lovers program section is hard to find, and I would make it easier to find different movies playing at different theaters and different times without having to change your location (because I and I assume many others would not mind at all driving to a different location if it means watching a movie that's not available at a closer one).
Those are all minor nitpicks though, and the app is serviceable as is. Even with all that said, I'm very grateful to Santikos for all you do for the customer. I don't think I would be much of a movie guy without you!
I like the location to my house
The theater was very clean and staff very friendly. The 5 dollar last call and discounted combo makes it very worth going to the movies.

At first my experience was a bit hindered due to one experience but then I got an email from Dominique and speaking back and fourth made me feel like the customers matter at santikos and that’s great in the now impersonalized world
I like how Ms. Dominique & Ms. Linda quickly addressed my concern. I didn't expect someone to immediately reach out after I filled out the survey form. But I appreciate Dominique and Linda taking the time to hear my concerns and offer compensation for my initial concern. Both Dominique and Linda were very kind and they both represent Santikos well.

Love how quickly the workers at the concession stands do their job. Helping everyone as fast as they can, getting the lines shortened quickly

The person that helped me was amazing. I asked to switch my tickets to an earlier showing and they did a fantastic job of helping me. The employees are always friendly and the theaters and lounge areas are always clean.
