when you're online ticketing service was not functioning properly I went to the lobby of Embassy theater to inquire about the difficulties. The young man I spoke to their was friendly helpful competent and gracious. He explained that the IT division was working to rectify the problem and he immediately issued to me the tickets I had been trying to purchase online.

I like Santikos for the snacks. You don’t water down popcorn butter. Your theaters are comfortable. Only thing is the employees aren’t as friendly and helpful as they used to be. They don’t look happy to be there anymore.

The food and service were great! The recliners in the theater are very comfortable.

It was clean. I love that I can get more popcorn without standing back in a long line.

I've always enjoyed Santikos and believe they are the best theater chain in San Antonio! Things are always clean (in any location), the employees are friendly, and I appreciate earlier matinee times than other local theaters offer.

I am not happy with the showtimes of new movies. This is happening at the Embassy Theater. Older movies will have prime time showings 7pm to 7:45. While new movies are at 6pm to 6:45.

How well kept and clean the theaters are. The employees are very helpful.

We enjoy the Embassy because it is comfortable with the reclining chairs and the staff is helpful, and it is only a couple of miles from our house. All good things to like about the Embassy/ Santikos theater.

I always like the experience at Santikos Embassy. It's easy to order tickets online, order popcorn and drinks and they ck our account for points to apply. The theaters are clean and the staff friendly as we leave. Most importantly, the bathrooms are clean and the popcorn is the best!

Only one soda machine working on the side we had our movie on. The automatic popcorn dispenser is a good thought but not sure it's a good plan going forward especiallysince it is usually broken and makes a mess for you all to clena up. The machine has way too many crumbles of popcorn.

I liked that this time you had popcorn tubs and not mini paper bags for popcorn. On the mini paper bag visit, I ended up filling up popcorn in a plastic glove so I wouldn't have to keep going to get popcorn in the tiny bag we were given and miss the movie we paid to see.
